Our Story

Decimus Advisory began with a vision of transforming African industries by leveraging the power of strategic consulting. The idea of a management consulting firm with a focus on MSMEs and startups was seeded between the two co-founders of Decimus Advisory. Their vision was born out of personal experiences conducting business in the informal sector of Kampala's Central Business District (Kikuubo), where they faced challenges in accessing key resources for business growth

In response, they identified the following five Thematic Areas that formed the foundation of Decimus Advisory's consulting approach:
